Yohan Gouin possesses eight years of experience in the field of surveys, three of which as an interviewer for the firm Saine Marketing (since 2003) and five years as a call center supervisor.
Fluently bilingual, he has extensive knowledge of computational tools including Interviewer Windows software by Voxco.
As Field Project Leader, Mr. Gouin assumes responsibility for the organization and logistic coordination of certain projects, as well as the management of work groups assigned to these mandates.
Mr. Gouin's principal functions are:
- Supervising and coaching interviewers;
- Supervising field projects;
- Organising work groups for specific projects;
- Producing pre-test and productivity reports;
- Monitoring telephone surveys;
- Training interviewers;
- Validating interviews;
- Data coding (open questions, NAICS and NOC).
