In recent years, our company has concentrated on customer tracking and on information systems for the management of customer-oriented programs. To achieve better situational analyses, we have developed special tools and research programs.

Assessment of public perceptions
|
This consists of annual or quarterly assessments (tracking) to measure public perception of the organization. It is done through monthly Statmédia®surveys carried out by the National Research Center, a division of Jolicoeur et Associés.
This analysis is used to identify the communication elements susceptible to improve the image of the organization. The StatOmnibus program allows the inclusion of questions designed to fill specifically the customer information requirements.

Customer tracking program
