Throughout her career, Ms. Bélanger has held several management and communications positions. She has notably worked as a Marketing Coordinator for the Maison Théâtre (2005-2007), Productions Serge Paré (2002-2004) and Coup de Cœur Francophone (1997-1999). She also served as a Cultural Development Officer for the Grenoble Institute for Political Studies and Observatory of Cultural Policies (France) between 2001 and 2007. She also has additional experience in the fields of arts and culture, having worked at Musi Art, the Théâtre PàP and Théâtre de l’Opsis.
Ms. Bélanger worked for three years as head of the call centre at Jolicœur & Associés from 1985 through 1987, where she gained considerable knowledge in the field of social research and call center resource management.
Highly experienced and skilled in management and communication, Ms. Bélanger has worked with the firm since December 2008 as Human Resources and Quality Control Manager. In this capacity, she is responsible for recruitment, training and allocation of project resources. She also coordinates the supervision and monitoring team which is responsible for listening to interviews and monitoring the quality of the data collected.
