Mr. Dion has been director of customer services since 1998. He is also a member of the Société québécoise d’évaluation de programme (www.sqep.ca) and was a member of the Association de la Recherche en Communication du Québec (ARCQ).
He previously worked as a contractual public relations agent for several institutions, including the University of Quebec in Montreal, specifically as a project manager and press relations officer.
Mr. Dion’s primary functions include:
- Submission production;
- Project follow-up;
- Product and service development.
