Since 1982, Jean Jolicoeur has been the president of the research firm Jolicoeur et Associés. Previously, he worked for the Ministère de l’Éducation du Québec, the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique - Urbanisation, and the University of Montreal survey centre.
An active member of his professional environment, Mr. Jolicoeur is president of the Association de la Recherche en Communication du Québec (ARCQ), an institutional member of the Association de l’Industrie de la Recherche Marketing et Sociale (AIRMS), and was an advisory member of Statistics Canada’s National Advisory Committee on Culture Statistics.
As a sociologist and methodologist, Mr. Jolicoeur has acquired great expertise in the development and implementation of information-based decision support systems for service management in the fields of labour, employment, work, training, communications, social and financial services, in the public and private sectors.
In the course of his various functions, Mr. Jolicoeur has written a number or reports and papers. Below are some examples :
