Founded in 1982, Jolicoeur et Associés provides professional services in the field of research, analysis and service improvement strategies.

The company specializes in analyzing ways of changing customers’ perceptions, assessing the impact of new policies or programs, evaluating an organization’s image and communications programs, and developing information systems within the framework of implementing processes to improve customer service.

On behalf of EvaluationConseil.com, division of Jolicoeur & Associates, we also offer program evaluation services for many public organizations.

Our consulting services are based on over twenty years of experience and a permanent team of research professionals and technicians. One division of the group, the National Survey Center, increases our capabilities with a 40-station computerized data-collection call centre as well as statistical data processing and content analysis services.
