GUILLAUME BARDELLI-JEAN has been a call center Supervisor with Jolicoeur et Associés since 2003. He is fluently bilingual and has several years of experience as an interviewer to his
credit.
Mr. Bardelli-Jean has acquired an excellent command of Interviewer Windows software and of the various tasks inherent in his post, including managing work groups, monitoring and coaching telephone interviewers, preparing pre-test and productivity reports, and overseeing quality control of data, coding, etc.
He is responsible for the following tasks:
- Supervising and coaching interviewers
- Producing pre-test and productivity reports
- Monitoring interviews
- Training interviewers
- Validation of interviews
- Data coding (open questions, NAICS and NOC)
