Guillaume Bardelli-Jean has been a call center Supervisor with Jolicoeur et Associés since 2003. He is fluently bilingual and has several years of experience as an interviewer to his credit. Mr. Bardelli-Jean has acquired an excellent command of Interviewer Windows software and of the various tasks inherent in his post, including managing work groups, monitoring and coaching telephone interviewers, preparing pre-test and productivity reports, and overseeing quality control of data, coding, etc.
Since 2008, M. Bardelli-Jean has also occupied a technician position in the technical services department of the firm, and is responsible for programming questionnaires, putting surveys online, samples importation, file management and assures a follow-up on in-progress projects.
He is responsible for the following tasks:
- Supervising and coaching interviewers;
- Producing pre-test and productivity reports;
- Monitoring interviews;
- Training interviewers;
- Validation of interviews;
- Data coding (open questions, NAICS and NOC).
